The staff were friendly and helpful, comfortable and clean room, plenty of towels and bedding, quiet nights sleep, convenient location for dining options, complimentary breakfast boxes for kids.

Very comfortable stay at this hotel for our city break. The friendly staff on reception went the extra mile to accommodate us and offered great recommendations for local restaurants. The modern décor and spacious rooms created a relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the option of choosing from several breakfast menu items and the convenient location to public transportation and local attractions made our trip stress-free.

The room didn't have an iron and ironing board, which was an inconvenience for us. the walls were quite thin and we were able to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel provided nice and clean bedding that made me feel comfortable during my Christmas stay. the bathroom facilities were fresh and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was easy for me to get around and access different areas. One other advantage of the hotel was the friendly staff who were always smiling and willing to assist.

The breakfast service seemed to be a bit disorganised. Waiting for someone to take my order felt a bit longer than expected.
